Marquee on the Drive
Our Purpose / In a city where new real estate projects are a dime a dozen, Marquee on the Drive looked to differentiate itself by highlighting the tie to its local neighbourhood and the history of its building site.
Our Approach / We identified Marquee on the Drive as Vancouver’s most sustainable development, as it had reused more than 80% of all of the previous building’s materials. We took this position to the press also leveraging the history of the former site, which made for an interesting story.
Our Impact / The building sold more than 60% of its units in the first weekend. Marquee on the Drive was featured in dozens of local news and national trade publications for real estate and architecture.
