Our Purpose: Brix was the chosen PR firm to support Global Watch Company’s partnership with Rolex and the opening of Western Canada’s first Rolex boutique. Brix was tasked with designing a launch strategy leading up to the store’s grand opening that would build excitement in its already established community of loyalists while simultaneously introducing the brand’s longstanding history and product offering to aspirational buyers.
Our Approach: Our launch strategy consisted of facilitating intimate personal shopping experiences for Vancouver’s high-net worths and aspiring elite prior to the store’s opening and conceptualizing a luxurious grand opening event to attract target clientele and generate interest and excitement amongst local Vancouver press and influencers.
Our Impact: The grand opening event drew a crowd of 300 with guests from local press outlets including: Vancouver Sun, Montecristo, Western Living, Breakfast Television, Ming Pao, Boulevard Magazine and VITA. The retail opening was featured in 13 different media pieces and the news reached an audience upwards of 30M.
